02Approach

Three things I hold to.

01

Client-centered

You set the pace and the agenda — my role is to listen deeply and guide, never to judge.

02

Evidence-based

I draw on approaches with strong research behind them, tailored to what fits you.

03

Private by design

What you share stays between us. Sessions are online, discreet, and secure.

03Practice

How I work.

  • 02

Practical tools for noticing and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns.

  • 03

    Mindfulness

Grounding techniques you can carry into everyday life.
